When Ray wakes up, like any other day, he finds his world turned upside down. His parents are not home and he finds a dead woman in his backyard, with a diary in her hands. When he looks up, he sees that his city, Origin, is in ruins. What on Earth is going on?

Nevertheless, before he is able to find an answer, he sees that some violent patrols are searching the nearest houses, so he decides to take the basics, including the diary, and runs away.

While fleeing, he will encounter some creatures that have human shadows, but he will also find a friendly face: Eden, a girl that needs electricity to keep her heart beating and who belongs to a group of outcasts.

With the help of Eden and the diary, which talks about apocalypse, Ray will try to find out what happened and, most of all - save their own lives.
